This place is a JOKE. Any treatment is at your own risk at this office. They do not stand by their work and when I had an issue, they referred me to a specialist without taking the time to try and identify the problem. Luckily, I have a real dentist I previously used and they will be taking care of it. Beautiful Smiles will exhaust your insurance benefits for the year and then there's an issue with their work, they will turn you away. My current dentist said I should demand my money back. BEWARE.

I came to Beautiful smiles day spa after Laveen Modern Dentistry told me I needed a root canal and crown on tooth# 4 and it would cost 835.00 with two separate insurances Beautiful Smile Day Spa Got me right in, I only needed a filling. The insurance covered everything. I love this place.
