RecommendedThe Staff is knowable and friendly. Great service and easy to get an appointment.
The dentist is overworked (money hungry) and does horrible work. The products they use are cheap, all the work I got done 6moths prior, had to be fixed from my new dentist. Don’t waste your time or money. She will jack you up.
I'm not a patient anymore but I've been trying to get my x-rays from this office for 5 months and everytime I call I keep getting in process or will be sending them out they don't return phone calls the services are not up to par which which I'm accustomed to and I am with a union that basically gives them patience and I have to go through this just to get a copy of my x-rays I need to go to another dentist I would not recommend this this office to anyone
I had a terrible experience while receiving a deep cleaning treatment. My left jaw muscle was strained by the hygienist. I could not open my mouth for months and still have problems doing so on occasions. The dentist is awesome.

Dishonest dentist.
Obcenely rude and unprofessional. First they try to renege on the amount I owe by charging me more, when I challenged it, they refused to work on my husband tooth and sent us to another dentist that didn't take our insurance. When my husband went back to tell them that company didn't take it...they told him it wasn't their problem. Think twice before going to this place, HIGHLY unprofessional and extremely rude.
very disorganized and poor scheduling
I have been going to Beautiful Smiles for 3 years now. Love the friendly staff. Dr. Williams is very caring, kind and knowledgeable. She also is very patient. I'm not the most comfortable person in dental chair, but she always puts me to ease.
