It's disappointing to encounter a service provider who demonstrates such a lack of care and skill in submitting plans that somehow bypass building code requirements. As shown in the attached picture, we can see directly into our new neighbor's living room—just one of many mistakes. I strongly advise you to do your homework before signing, and don't be swayed by his sales pitch.
