One star for professionalism! Showed up for my appointment - turns out they cancelled this location, cancelled all their phone lines… didn’t bother to email me and let me know the hour round trip and lack of sleep would not be necessary. Be proactive! I paid you in advance!!! Notify me in advance. Shady how they took my money in advance and now they will “reschedule me today, next week, or maybe the following week.” Unfortunately, the second star is because the treatments do work… and I need my last one.
