Jess was super helpful and extremely kind. I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair because I had been dyeing it for months, and I finally wanted to go back to my original color. Jess gave me a few options because my colored hair was so much darker than my natural hair, and we figured it out together. She was super helpful, and it was a completely different experience than what I’ve had in the past. I’ll definitely go again!
