Apparently they have been closed since 8th Feb and did not bother to tell anyone who had appointments booked in. I waited outside for 20 mins and one of the girls from the nail place next door let me know.

I brought my two daughters today (13 and 19) for half head foils and a haircut. We were given the price ahead and even though it took three hours, the result for both of them was stunning. They both loved it so much! We paid exactly what we were told. We will definitely come back.

Horrific. As I sat there waiting whilst my stylist did everything but my hair I witnessed several people leaving upset that they were overcharged their quoted price. Staff were completely disinterested and there was tension amongst them which was on full display. I sat there for hours getting foils, and it never occured to the stylist to ask if I wanted my roots done at the same time when my hair obviously needed this. DO NOT GO HERE! Hairdresser picked her teeth before touching my hair (should have seen this as a sign). I asked for a trim. She took off over 2-inches! The cut overall is awful. The cut was done dry (no water) and I think used as an excuse to not have to blow-dry. No mirror offered to see the back of the cut. It was the laziest cut I have ever had. Wish I'd looked online for reviews prior to coming to this place.

Well, avoid them for kids hair cut and any others service. They are rude and unprofessional. Basically no skills at all. They hung up my phone call because they were busy. They stopped me from giving advice because no manager was in the store. They excluded me and my young daughter for no reason and served other customer who came later and had appointment later than us. If they were not brainless, they are extremely RUDE!!!
