I go to Beautiful Freedom to care for my natural hair. I get thoroughly washed, receive scalp treatments, a gentle blow dry, pressed, trimmed and curled. My hair always feels so hydrated and healthy when I leave. Val Is my go to Stylist because she keeps my hair strong and healthy.

Will not be rebooking. Stylist cancelled my appointment 30 minutes prior to the start of my appointment, and I had already completed half the commute to the appointment. I received an automated message about the cancellation, and when I tried to call the salon for confirmation, I called twice with no answer and no voicemail box to leave a message. Booked an appointment for 9/2 and it was changed by the salon for 9/4. Still waiting for my $21 deposit because I did not reschedule the appointment. Tried calling and texting but no one would answer the phone or respond to my text messages.
