RecommendedI recommend not using this florist. Shop around first. What we ordered is not at ALL what we recieved. Totally different. When finally getting the opportunity to speak to the manager she would not listen to a word I was trying to say. She over spoke every thing then accused us of taking some flowers out of the arrangement so that was why it looked different. I finally ended up hanging up the phone because it was getting nowhere. Customer service is # 1 and she should of offered a refund for that awful arrangement.
