I am extremely disappointed with this flower shop. They charged my card, but the flowers were never delivered. Since then, they have stopped responding to my emails and have not issued a refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact them, but there has been absolutely no communication. Online order with a telephone call after. Same day delivery with a $30 delivery fee and a $85 minimum purchase. It was a thank you gift of flowers, and I let the shop make all the decisions as to design. The text photo just before delivery looked good. Spent $115 total. A painless transaction.

This company does not deliver what they promise. My experience was frustrating and disappointing. I ordered the extra-large “Daydream Bouquet in a Clear Vase” and a large box of chocolates. After taxes, delivery, and a tip, I paid about $165. But what showed up looked nothing like the beautiful photo they had on their website. I contacted them by phone and email to try to fix the issue.
