Greg and Alex were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They patiently worked through several rounds of budget adjustments with us and never made us feel rushed or judged along the way. BB did a great job with the floor and draping I added... however, my floral vision in my mock up was very different than what I was given day of. I got a 50% refund on the main items (see contrast in photos below) but I would be remised if I didn't mention how sad this discrepancy made me! I also felt like they didn't advise well. I got married on a hot day in the summer and they never mentioned what florals they would use/avoid- so my choices died VERY quickly. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing work Melissa and her team did to make my spring wedding florals exactly as I envisioned. Melissa was great to work with, always flexible to chat or provide alternative options to help us stay in budget. I can’t tell you how many compliments we received on our flowers. Highly recommend!!
While our flowers looked nice on our wedding day, the experience leading up to it was incredibly stressful and I would not recommend working with Beautiful Blooms. We primarily booked them because they are the in-house florist for our venue, under the impression that it would simplify logistics like decor storage, but that turned out not to be true.
