I decided to go to Beautiful Arch Salon here in Jackson to get my eyebrows waxed. Nice building very clean but the service I received wasn’t good at all. My eyebrows wasn’t done right and to top it off she told me it was one piece, once she finished the price was totally different and my eyebrows still looked the same. I don’t think I will go back there. It was a waste of my time and my money

I am a new resident of Mississippi coming from Little Rock, Arkansas and have had facial threading done regularly for years. Saturday, June 22, 2024, was my first time in this establishment and I was not impressed with the customer service. I didn't feel welcomed and the lady who did my facial threading, seemed irritated. The only thing I can compliment is the efficiency of the service because I was in and out. Will I return? Probably not.
