Attending this facility and doing the suggested exercises has made it easier for me to enjoy my body♀️
Audra is attentive and holds you accountable with your diet. She is always present and ready to give guidance on nutrition and exercise. She also takes scientific methodology regarding metabolism etc and explains weight loss expectations and goals simply to yield results! I've seen drastic results since I've started, and I'm ready to continue and go all the way into building muscle!
