horrible experience I brought my daughter in to get her nails done and 2 of them fell off within 2 days and then I take her back and they do a even worst job!
I understand the salon was busy for prom, but every customer should get a quality experience regardless. We’re paying for it, right? My nail tech today said zero words to me today, not even a hello. I asked her questions and she merely shook her head every time with minimal responses and look annoyed of me. She rushed my nails so much that I did not get good work at all. My nails look horrible, and to top it off, your price says $25 for a gel fill. So tell me why my receipt printed out for $40 when I got nothing special done... read more

We had a appointment for 11 ladies to have nails done at 1:00 last Friday. Walked in and it was full of people. All of our gals didn't even get the nails done as it took so long. 2 of them went to another salon. If you make an appointment you better me able to accommodate the appointment, why else make one. Very discouraging, probably wont be back
