I have been a regular customer seeing Moon for over a year. She always has great attention to detail and ideas for nail art and designs.
Had a great time today with my mother and sister, the customer service is 10/10, and the quality of the nail service we got was definitely 10/10, definitely would recommend this nail spa!
What I asked for is what I got even down to the color Phillip was great and very gentle deff coming back
I’m a paying well tipping customer. Disappointing experience. I was clearly waiting to be serviced, yet multiple clients who arrived after me were taken ahead without any explanation. It made me feel ignored and undervalued as a customer. I don’t mind waiting, but basic fairness and communication should be standard.
Ben did a great job with my birthday nails! Everyone is so nice and welcoming I cannot wait to come back!
