EDIT IN RESPONSE: I get a fill every 3 weeks. At week 2, I lost one nail, and decided to wait until my fill to get it fixed since it was less than a week away. But between weeks 2 & 3 I lost two more nails and another was half peeling off which is what triggered my call to you assuming you would make it right. I visited today for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure service was fine, but the manicure done by a gentleman was extremely disappointing. The nail polish used seemed old, and he tried applying two different ones, but both turned out horrible. I even reported this to the front desk, but they did not respond properly or take any action. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience and do not wish to visit here again.
They do good work, but their customer service needs improvement. I visited for the first time to get cat-eye nails and chose a color I believed was nude. I even asked the technician if it would turn out nude and showed her a reference photo. After she applied the first nail, I pointed out that the color looked gray instead of nude, but she insisted that it was the shade I had selected and even suggested that my skin tone was making the color appear gray when the color was evidently gray. All of my experiences have been great here. The staff is very friendly, attentive and talented. They immediately greet me when I walk in the door and I like that they have a rewards program with text reminders for appts. It is very clean too. The right photo was the inspo I showed to my tech, Nora, and the left is what I got! (I asked for purple) The cost for this acrylic fill and polish was $65 +tip. Highly recommend Beaute Nail Spa!
Michael did my pedicure today; he is meticulous & I couldn’t be happier. It’s the 2nd time I’ve been to this salon & I’m definitely coming back!
