I usually don't write bad reviews about anyone but was super compelled to do so, probably the worst experience my past 15 years of going to different small and elite salons. I took the appointment for waxing and facial, the lady who took my appointment forgot to add Bleach as a service, and hence I asked the lady who was servicing me if I could add bleach now and she readily accepted since we had waxing as well so she could simply apply the same and continue with the waxing and wipe it off before my facial starts.
Later, Sri who seems to be super arrogant considering her attitude, she thinks her place offers better than 5 star services refused and told the lady servicing me not to apply bleach as that would take time, I got a bit upset and said you might want to chuck facial as well since no point getting bleach done later and applying bleach would not have taken more than 3-4 mins additional time.
To my surprise the lady servicing me said, you are bond by the appointment you make and you better don't try to cancel and by force you are supposed to do what you book - are we living in some hitler rule??
I was taken aback by the tone and behavior of the staff. And also while I asked for specific Acne facial, again Sri advised the service staff not to do that since it takes longer time and to get an agreement from me for the one which could get wrapped up early. This is highly insane behavior and yes as expected the facial done was pathetic!! Not to mention the entire staff post my services treated me like an alien as if I asked them something that shouldn't have been asked! Really crazy experience, I would never ever recommend anyone to this salon!!!

The best salon I have ever been. Great service and attitude. I am modeling a lot, so need perfect skin and hair. They saved my life (and photo shoots) so many times! Thank you, pretty ladies, you are amazing!
