I had a wonderful experience as a new tenant with the maintenance man who came to my apartment. He came quickly & fixed the faucet in my bathtub easily. I had to call a little later that day because my washer kept starting over & over again. He came immediately and again, fixed it quickly and explained to me what was wrong. He went above and beyond and pulled it out & cleaned the floor and all the dust bunnies along with debris from the previous tenant. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you! Susan L.
I was born and raised here, I moved to the Midwest for awhile but moved back home. In the last few years I have tried every part of this city looking for my slice of home. I have finally found it in the most perfect neighborhood in town. It's not just the neighborhood, its this building! When I was moving in they put everything I needed online to move my mail, power and internet all in one place. I have lived here for two years and I think this place has the best value for 1 Bedrooms in all of Portland. The apartments are really nice and spacious.It's in a great location with walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars, also not a far walk from Hollywood district and alberta. The only downside is there is no dedicated parking so you have to fight for street spots. Management is great too!
Great neighborhood and secure building, tenants friendly and pet friendly
I lived here for exactly one year and no longer. This is one of those newer buildings that gives you the homey experience you've been looking for. If that includes hearing your neighbors snore through the walls, hold arguments, or attempt to do laundry (attempt is the focus point here, as you could sometimes here 'EXPLITIVE, laundry...' from the top neighbor) then this place is for you.
