I had a wonderful experience as a new tenant with the maintenance man who came to my apartment. He came quickly & fixed the faucet in my bathtub easily. I had to call a little later that day because my washer kept starting over & over again. He came immediately and again, fixed it quickly and explained to me what was wrong. He went above and beyond and pulled it out & cleaned the floor and all the dust bunnies along with debris from the previous tenant. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you! Susan L.
I was born and raised here, I moved to the Midwest for awhile but moved back home. In the last few years I have tried every part of this city looking for my slice of home. I have finally found it in the most perfect neighborhood in town. It's not just the neighborhood, its this building! When I was moving in they put everything I needed online to move my mail, power and internet all in one place. I have lived here for two years and I think this place has the best value for 1 Bedrooms in all of Portland. The apartments are really nice and spacious.It's in a great location with walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars, also not a far walk from Hollywood district and alberta. The only downside is there is no dedicated parking so you have to fight for street spots. Management is great too!
