got rid of the first Dr now getting rid of the second one. 3 mis diagnosis and they cancel appointments without notifying. Houston is just as bad. drove over 2 hours to an appointment and it was cancelled with no notification.
worst dr I've ever had at a VA facility. Arrogant, rude, condescending.

why is it so difficult to schedule an appointment?
Less than average. Maybe partly from gov regs. Each time you vist, they act like they know nothing of your past. Almost to the point of not caring. They have employment, that's all they want. That said, they do have a few outstanding volunteers.
This is a lot better then the old VA . I hated that place. These people are trying to make it better
