I see I'm not the only one that thinks these staff have an attitude problem. You sell tiles, get off you power trip old boy and learn some manners and customer service.

I had a great shopping experience with Simone, nothing was too much trouble. They gave me tiles to take home & place them around in my room, to get a better visual perspective. Once I chose my tiles, Simone walked me through the vanities & the options of bench tops. I also had a few boxes of tiles damaged in transit, which were replaced with no problems.
