Went in, had other people who came in after me, helped before me (despite waiting right by the counter), and eventually was asked how they could help me. I said I wanted plain black floor tiles. The guy showed me a tile which was not plain black, then said that is all they have. I showed him a tile on the website (one of numerous plain black options), and asked if it was p3, as I had seen a tile at another Beaumont store, and was told it was, but the website didn't say this one was, despite another of the same tile, but diff... read more
Stuffed up my order and left me tiles short, contacted multiple times to have it resolved, no response, now closed for Christmas and I'm left unable to finish a job for my client. Absolute waste of my time, really disappointed, wouldn't waste my time with them again and I'll be requesting click deck use any other provider.
I brought my newborn walked in last minutes before shop closed today however the lovely Carina welcomed us warmly and showing us the different products, even offering free tile to bring home have a comparison. Her customer service wipes away my anxiety at first place as it’s my first time to renovate house. I haven’t place order yet but I know I will revisits next year once shop opens again.
