I see I'm not the only one that thinks these staff have an attitude problem. You sell tiles, get off you power trip old boy and learn some manners and customer service.
I found the staff at Myaree Beaumont Tiles to be very friendly and helpful. Not rushed into buying, let us take our time . Totally professional and courteous. A very good experience.
I had a great shopping experience with Simone, nothing was too much trouble. They gave me tiles to take home & place them around in my room, to get a better visual perspective. Once I chose my tiles, Simone walked me through the vanities & the options of bench tops. I also had a few boxes of tiles damaged in transit, which were replaced with no problems. I wish I had gone to Beaumonts on my tile journey first! Simone in particular was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and offered insights and design support that was frankly refreshing! Having a full size tile sample is also a bonus. Not only did we buy our floor tiles, we bought wall tiles and all our bathroom fittings.
