I was thoroughly impressed with the service from Kyle the store manager. I needed a specific channel drain at extremely short notice, to be collected on the same day. He contacted the supplier and arranged everything I needed for me to pick up directly from the supplier. Working in the building industry I talk to suppliers and sales people all day long, Kyle’s service was fantastic.
Planning stages: (Around 20th June 2026) Walking into the store felt like walking into a museum. It was quiet and lined with a beautiful range of tiles. Went in, had other people who came in after me, helped before me (despite waiting right by the counter), and eventually was asked how they could help me. I said I wanted plain black floor tiles. The guy showed me a tile which was not plain black, then said that is all they have. I showed him a tile on the website (one of numerous plain black options), and asked if it was p3, as I had seen a tile at another Beaumont store, and was told it was, but the website didn't say this one was, despite another of the same tile, but diff... read more
