Will not answer the phone during business hours so patients know their appointment time! They will schedule you appointment and refuse to answer their phone or return your call so you can know what time you're supposed to be there. Never have I ever been given an appointment and was given a date but no time! Ridiculous
This entire facility is not to be believed. Everything is top of the line and state of the art. Some of the finest people in their fields work here, and they do one hell of a job. These people are there to help you. They care about you as an individual, not just as some number or job they have to do. Everyone there treats you with kindness, dignity, caring and respect, as a human being. That is what I think is vital in a surgical facility.
