During our most recent visit in July, we arrived at the usual office location only to find a note on the door stating there had been a water main break. We were directed across the street to the main hospital, where a temporary office had been set up. My son was scheduled for his annual visit, which included an echocardiogram, EKG, and a consultation with the doctor. We had a visit with Dr. Prabhu, and she and her whole staff were amazing. The office is set up to help keep little minds distracted during their tests. The staff were all very kind, quick-moving, and gentle--exactly the type of people you want caring for your child. Dr. Prabhu was very straightforward when delivering information and she was attentive when we talked to her about our history and concerns. We were seen quickly, and the online pre-check-in process was easy and made the wait time pretty much non-existent for us. ... read more

Nothing but a paycheck. They don't want to help anyone. They actually lie about test results. New doctor was shocked at the purposeful misdiagnosis. The doctor we had, just don't want to deal with medically challenged people. Can't even put a holter monitor on correctly. Had to have company send me supplies to the house and restart test. We will never know what the actual diagnosis is from here. They will say normal even when test states otherwise.
