I had great same day care here. They were extremely thorough and had another doctor come in to take a second look. All the people I interacted with were very nice and attentive.
The girl who answers the phone at the outpatient clinic line is the absolute worst. She has an attitude all the time for no apparent reason. It’s like she’s upset she’s at work. She’ll come back on the line and tell you nothing is available and then say she’ll transfer you, as you’re trying to ask another question she hangs up on you. I will be taking this up as high as I can so they can figure out who it is and relive her since she obviously hates being there doing her job.
