I have always been happy with Dr. Reynard, until today. We show up for my daughters last appointment. She is supposed to get her permanent retainer put on. THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. We got not notification. I pulled her out of school, and took her to a closed place. He sold his practice to the one across the street. A SIMPLE phone call to let me know that we did not have an appointment today would have been nice.
