I would like to recommend Beaumont Texas Dental to anyone. Dr Shereen is very good. The staff is excellent and they have very good communication skills and all my dental needs were addressed. Excellent service 😃😃😃
I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Shereen's office. The entire team was friendly and professional. Dr. Shereen is highly skilled and made me and my 7 year old son feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Shereen is also taking care children’s very good and her team also amazing.I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
Went here for a toothache. They took X-rays and gave me antibiotics. I didn’t hear from them Concerning having the tooth pulled. I called several times and was told they were waiting on my insurance to Approve the work that needs to be done. No answer from them until I walked in 10 days later to find out that the dentist that does extractions does not take my Insurance . It’s been Over a week and I’m still dealing with the toothache And looking for someone to pull my tooth.
We have been patients of this dental since 2019. We are a family of 6 people and everyone was treated by them.This year in March I got an appointment for myself and the children. The children received treatment but for some reason I needed to confirm the insurance. In the end I was denied an appointment three times, although an approval letter from the insurance arrived at my home . But I was still denied the appointment.It was very rude ,unprofessional and inconsiderate .
