Over all great experience, the ortho team and Dr. Leithead were very professional and caring. They listened to all of my concerns and made adjustments according to what I desired. I would highly recommend. Love the team!
Do not recommend for ortho. My son was only supposed to have his braces for 18 months, after 3 years, I asked why is he not done yet? Since I brought it up the very next visit they told me we were over on visits and I needed to start paying again. All they were doing was changing the color of the bands. I told them to remove them, not paying anymore and they refused to do the permanent retainer which was included in the plan that already paid in full an entire year prior so I requested a refund.
