The staff was amazing. Everything was amazing on the surgical aspect. But this bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
Sadly, my experience could have been better. I went in for some lab work they don’t make it clear on how to check in and or where to go. If you were to ask someone they would be rude and believe instructions were stated clearly, when they were not. Bought a water from the pharmacy and the ladies in there were unpleasant. Not only that I over heard another patient waited over an hour for radiology to be told after the fact the machine was broken. Gave you 2 stars for the technician who performed the ultrasound..unfortunately my results were not competently read..after stating how great my gallbladder was I reported to Corewell that they took it out at Beaumont 13 mile in 98..they assured me I wouldn't be billed for the test I was billed of course after gallbladder results deleted and have had 4 emails a phone call about paying up even though it's not due til Sept 11th next week..they have been after payment 5 days after their incompetent results that I had to correct... read more
