I've had tests done here and a surgery...let me tell you...this place is top notch. All they do do is CARE! I've always loved Beaumont. In fact I was born in Royal Oak Beaumont in the 70"s. Very impressed with the level of care. All the staff is very nice and professional

Omg, I've been trying to schedule an ultrasound for 2 weeks. I've been going here for 20 years for the same scan. They now require I fax my script over including my name, date of birth and phone number on it. I did this 2 weeks ago. I finally called to see what the problem was??? They say the Dr didn't write my DOB on it. Omg! I'm in their system, I wrote the DOB on the script. What incompetent idiots. It's a Totally automated system and you can't get to the actual schedulers to fix anything. They don't call you back. The se... read more

The staff was amazing. Everything was amazing on the surgical aspect. But this bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

Sadly, my experience could have been better. I went in for some lab work they don’t make it clear on how to check in and or where to go. If you were to ask someone they would be rude and believe instructions were stated clearly, when they were not. Bought a water from the pharmacy and the ladies in there were unpleasant. Not only that I over heard another patient waited over an hour for radiology to be told after the fact the machine was broken.
