It take a lot for me to feel motivated to leave a negative review and even more to confront someone who is being absolutely rude and unprofessional. First I want to say Majorie at the reception area for the lab suite went above and beyond to help me and others in the lobby. She was sweet and empathetic and was doing her very best to accommodate the patients and not poss off the lab techs. She is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. I arrived 40 minutes until close.
