By the reviews, my expectations were high, but my experience was terrible. I went for lab work and an ultrasound just to wait for an hour, along with many others. After 15 minutes of no help or introduction, an employee told me to check in on a tablet even though I had already checked in on my health app. Then after 10 minutes of re-entering my information on this tablet, it would not let me check in until after I paid $217 (which is an estimated balance) of what my "procedures" would be for the DAY. Rude scheduling staff that talk to patients like robots and hang up on patients.management should look further into this issue cuz they're misrepresenting your company image
This place is absolutely ridiculous. The wait times make no sense when you check in online so why do I have to check in again at the office on their tablet and then write in aswell. STOP WASTING MY TIME. Also why in the hell do I have to pay before I get seen working off estimates, and it was over a hundred dollars? The lack of care at Corewell Health Care Center at 25631 Little Mack Ave is absolutely ridiculous. My child has health issues, and while school is important, her health must come first. Yet, despite being seen and registered in their system, they refused to provide a simple doctor’s note. Printing proof of a visit would have taken seconds, but instead, they chose to create unnecessary stress and problems for us.
