My experience with Jeremy Handel at Corewell Health in St. Clair Shores was completely unacceptable. I arrived around 2:45 p.m. for my 3 p.m. bone scan and had already checked in online, but because the front desk was handling another patient’s urgent situation, my check-in wasn’t completed until just after 3pm and then marked as a late arrival. I had an appointment for a mammogram and when I got there they told me that the imaging machine isn’t working. They said that they left me a message a month prior which isn’t true and other women behind me in line came in for the same testing. I understand that life happens but someone didn’t do their job. Very disappointing!
It was closed to observation of the 4th of July.
