Front desk staff has a major attitude problem. I was told the reason they don’t accept cash payments is because of President Trump. Card readers don’t work so can’t pay your bill. Could they be any less professional?
Terrible experience at this location. Very long wait time especially for someone with chest pain. Spent 2-hours here and couldn't get a diagnosis or true advice on how to proceed. The staff appeared to "partying" in the back. Dancing and listening to rap music while patients are attempting to get care. Overall, this office lacked professionalism. I couldn't even get prescribed something as simple as an antibiotic..
Went to get bloodwork done here today, because I’ve given blood here many other times. The lady gives me a fax number and said everything sent here. I do not know what I’m suppose to have faxed. Last time I went customer service was way better and helpful. I’m confused why I have to do everyone else’s job. Customer Service Was Awful People Were very unhelpful. When I told the woman how unhelpful everyone was being to me. I’m still not sure what to do. I really hope no one’s loves ones are sick because they are clueless!
"Warning Dr. Christopher hakim could care less if you live or die. Don't go to this Doctor. if you want a Dr to be loving, caring, and answer patient concerns as they arise. This Doctor has his assistant RN. Kelsey Olow, do all his dirty work and apologize for all his mishaps of not communicating or getting back to you at all. She also likes to guess what can or should help you instead of consulting with the dr first.
