RecommendedI couldn’t have asked for better care. All the staff from pre-op to the nurses who took care of me post op on the 5th floor. They were all amazing.
IT WAS DIRTY FOR STARTERS. MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND MYSELF WERE TREATED LIKE ABSOLUTE TRASH. WE GOT TALKED ABOUT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. TRIAGE AND THE WAITING ROOM IS ALL TOGETHER AND OPEN. I HAD TO SIGN MY DAUGHTER OUT, TAKE HER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL. DIDN'T GET EVEN A TEMP CHECK DESPITE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH COVID! BY FAR THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER!
RecommendedThis is the only hospital downriver I will go to and trust. I love how they have seperate rooms for everyone including in the er.
We no longer recommend Beaumont Hospital Trenton. They are releasing my mother in law without doing a Covid test before she is released to us to bring home. she was admitted last week and tested positive for Covid with difficulty breathing. When we found out she was positive, we had 10 family members that were exposed when she was home, and all of us had to go get tested for the virus. Beaumont Trenton a true schizophrenic you let go that was petitioned. Didn’t seek out the person that petitioned him. So Beaumont let me ask you this, is it your normal practice to allow someone to be discharged home that takes apart smoke detectors, try’s to rip out the antenna of there $40,0000 car, crying about LED flash waves, attacking their mother to get to her phone cause there is people “tracking him” piss poor car. No rules told when bringing in a patient for out patient surgery. Wasn't told driver had to go home and sit in car for 3 hours or more. POOR communication. Sorry but HENRY FORD DETROIT very good HOSPITAL. AT least they explain no visitor's allowed to wait in waiting room. POOR communication once again. Sorry but tell people first they can't wait for patients in surgery unless u sit in car. TERRIBLE experience.
RecommendedI’m a cancer patient currently undergoing chemo. Last week my temp spiked to 102 and I had other complications; my oncologist told me to go to ER. EVERYONE in ER was awesome helping me quickly get the care and treatment I needed. I had to stay a week at the hospital and I was completely thankful for all my wonderful caregivers. THANK YOU all!!
The ER restrooms were filthy like a gas station with urine on the floor... It was horrible! The staff were friendly but you could tell they didn’t want to be there either. I think they have upper management problems.
