Been coming here for years and it's only getting worse. Not only do they overbook but lose appointments. Gotta love it when you take a day off work but the dr office can't decide if you have an appointment or not.
Absolutely the worst clinic to go to! I never once in two years actually saw my primary doctor. I saw their nurse practitioner Tammy who should never work with the public. She was nothing but rude to me every single time I saw her. I would dread going to the dr when I was sick because I always got her. My last straw with her was her calling and telling me the family I worked for didn't care about me and going on and on and on about it to the point I was in tears. Dr Lau is amazing he has gone beyond to help me get on the right track to losing my weight and so attentive when it comes down to sittin and talking he takes time with his patients
I love this place, but my doctor is Dr Foess, who is amazing. Today I had to see a different doctor for a sinus infection. My appointment was at 2:30, I was finally taken back at 3:05 and it's now 3:31 and I haven't seen this dr sarasz or however you spell it. I'm pretty flipping irritated right now.
Certain members of the staff are extremely rude. After waiting a week for a diagnosis of a UTI, and being in severe pain a nurse practicioner finally called in a prescription for my wife. After finishing it she was still suffering, and again waited all day for this NP to do something for her, call in another prescription, or just call back and no, she couldn't.
