I had great same day care here. They were extremely thorough and had another doctor come in to take a second look. All the people I interacted with were very nice and attentive.

The girl who answers the phone at the outpatient clinic line is the absolute worst. She has an attitude all the time for no apparent reason. It’s like she’s upset she’s at work. She’ll come back on the line and tell you nothing is available and then say she’ll transfer you, as you’re trying to ask another question she hangs up on you. I will be taking this up as high as I can so they can figure out who it is and relive her since she obviously hates being there doing her job. I want to thank the emergency room nurses and doctors who treated me quickly in my emergency. Also on the 8th floor, all the nurses and helpers for their patience and compassion for me. Despite my pain, they were angels on my path with dedication. I am infinitely grateful to all the staff because they were exceptional at my entry and exit. Simply thanks to the people in the hospital chapels, they were also very helpful.
