This office is a joke, DO NOT use their service. Calling for refill or contact the doctor is impossible. Actually, all the Corewell Health offices are horrible. It's so hard to find a good independent doctor office now.
I had an appointment today for my knee. Before they would allow me to see the doctor, they wanted me to sign a privacy document. In it, it has a provision, allowing them to sell my phone number to other companies for fundraising purposes. I told them I did not want to sign a document with that provision in it. They said in order to see the doctor I had to sign it and then call phone number to opt out. That’s almost like signing a Contract giving them title to my house. Saw Dr. Sanchez for the first time, and what will be the last time, in February 2023 after I'd moved back to MI from CA, where I lived for 25 years. Just making the appointment was annoying, I called during business hours, but the recording said that the office was closed between noon-1:00 for lunch. I was calling after 1:00, it was almost 1:30 before someone finally answered. That was a red flag. I found Dr. Sanchez to be very condescending.
