I really wanted to like this place. The support staff was very friendly. However, I had multiple issues with my visit - nearly missed vaccine (I had to remind them to give it), having to come back for additional blood draw because proper blood tubes were not drawn, prescription sent to wrong pharmacy, and now I am being overcharged. Dr. Taylor was nice, but seemed very disorganized. Do not recommend.
This office is a joke, DO NOT use their service. Calling for refill or contact the doctor is impossible. Actually, all the Corewell Health offices are horrible. It's so hard to find a good independent doctor office now.
I had an appointment today for my knee. Before they would allow me to see the doctor, they wanted me to sign a privacy document. In it, it has a provision, allowing them to sell my phone number to other companies for fundraising purposes. I told them I did not want to sign a document with that provision in it. They said in order to see the doctor I had to sign it and then call phone number to opt out. That’s almost like signing a Contract giving them title to my house.
