In general, I would rate you five stars...but you have operators from the Philippines calling to verify insurance? The one that called me had the comprehension of a three year old when it comes to the issues surrounding insurance verification, making calls to adjustors, time zones, etc...,.
Emergency Room This was the worst experience I've had at Beaumont well now it's Corewell (which could explain things) I waited in the ER lounge for over 3 hours in pain until I decided to ask how much longer will it be from one of the male attendants and he said that he would check...he later came back and said that they was getting a room ready for me and it shouldn't be much longer.
