it was horrible held against my will woman kept bothering me tried to take hospital phone away from me they kept messing with the staff did staff member snatched phone out my hand and they kept messing with me

In ten years of my adult life, I have never needed to visit an emergency room. After severely injuring my foot—cutting the ball of my foot from the pinky toe to the big toe and shaving off the side of my toe—I finally decided that home care was not sufficient and that I might require emergency treatment. I took my 100 year old mother to Emergency. They had her in a private room within a half hour, due to her age and condition. The nurses and doctors she had were top notch, and very compassionate and polite. The phlebotomists were experienced and did their job with minimal pain, even though many phlebotomists have difficulty with my mother's veins. My only complaint would be with the quality and taste of the food they served to my mom. Thank you for making our visit as pleasant as possible.
