Excellent medical care…Horrible coordination…should have left the hospital 4 days ago, but complete lack of coordination by the UN delayed the discharge. One department has absolutely no clue what the other is doing. Avoid if at all possible….and, don’t try to get anything done on the weekends…no one works weekends

After accompanying my minor grand-daughter to this facility for out patient surgery, I am convinced this is not a hospital I hope any of my family ever has to experience again. The recovery room staff were not responsive to either my daughter or her child regarding the service/outcome of the procedure, including refusing to give us a standard school release note to document her absence. My grand-daughter was told we could not come back to be with her until she was awake. How could she ask for us if she was not awake? Sh... read more

Cornwall Health located in Lenox Michigan is a very good location and convenient. The ER is hands down the best to ER I have been to ,the people that work in this ER are amazing kind and hard working, very clean and professional. The Troy location not so much I have read an enormous amount of negative comments on Google and have talked to so many people that say they would never return to this location they would rather go to a different hospital or go to the Royal Oak location, The Troy location has been around for many ye... read more

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Sat for 2 1/2 hours in a room by myself waiting to be seen. I came out to ask what the hold up was and they said "I guess we forgot you" Doctor then wrote bogus report so they could get paid. I left prior to being seen. This is the second time I went there and felt I wouldn't send my worst enemy there for treatment. The place was filthy.

I was in the emergency room on 10/19/21 for Kidney issues and had a temporary stint put in for 2 weeks. In the 2 weeks I spoke with 3 different representatives form the hospital and told them I had catastrophic insurance. Come the 11/2/21 to arrive at the hospital at 9:30 to have the stink removed, I received a call at 8:30 stating they needed $4000 NOW in order to have the stint removed. I told them I did not have access to $4000 at a moment notice got no response. I still arrived to 9:30 and they told me basically n o $400... read more

I took my 80 year old mother to get routine bloodwork and waited for an hour and a half before we were called in. The “nurses” in the office were sitting down, on their phones while the waiting room was filling up with people. 3 of them were standing around 1 computer, looking at a screen. They did not bring anyone back for the first hour that we were there. When they finally did bring us back, the girl who took my mother’s blood was so rude. Avoid Beaumont Macomb on Hall Rd. Did not even make it to the test room. The front desk is a mess. they blame the patient for their mistakes. No manager available, you are on your own. Just avoid.
