Lost my baby just before 5 month mark, had to be forced to lose her and do a procedure that had to be pre-approved by my insurance BCBS before they would even schedule the procedure. Then I had to fight them to release her remains to the funeral home. God bless the funeral home director for calling on my behalf incessantly to go collect her so I could have her cremated. I have to say a special shout out to my awesome nurse Magda and my nurse assistant Tonesha have been just absolutely amazing! They came in and saved the day for me. My night shift wasnt so great. But im thankful for those ladies and making my stay here much better. They both need a raise!!!! They are the best. So nice to my children as well when they came to see me!

If I could give negative stars then I would. It is 3/12/26 1:22am. Been waiting in ER lobby for 3 hours. Had syncope episode while receiving chest x- ray where PA, a nurse and tech had to get me. Was brought back out to the lobby to sit still not getting seen or a room. Rude, young, entitled nurse, receptionist, whatever she was had no empathy and could care less when I asked how long I would be waiting to be seen, even after EVERYONE was going ahead of me.
