I enjoyed my first visit. The place is beautiful. Staff was super sweet and the Doctor very nice and really personable. I hate going to the eye doctor about the same way people hate going to the dentist and Dr. Cass made me relaxed by just talking about random things so it helped me keep my mind on something else. I have worn glasses for 20 years and attempting contacts for the first time and the technician was very patient with me while learning how to put the contacts in and out of my eyes. I do not recommend. I did like Dr. Cass but other staff was not informative about the “charges” up front. I find that they are not helpful in making this a smooth experience. Especially if this process is new to you. If you choose to use this business, you need to be very educated in your insurance coverage. Ask about every thing they do and what charges might not be covered.
When I had a corneal tear in one eye and corneal abrasions in the other unexpectedly from dry eyes over a weekend Dr Cass met me at the office on a Sunday. I am so grateful and feel it kept me from having worse damage. That bandage contact helped the pain so much and the aftercare was great.

Hands down best Eye Dr in Beaumont! The Staff is so friendly and Dr. Cass is awesome. He took the time to explain to me if my eye site changed and when I asked him questions about other things like the effect of Thyroid problems with eyes. He took the time to explain it all to me. Great Doctor! Def check them out!
The staff was very nice and they took there time with my mom. This is going to be her new eye doctor. Very handicap friendly. So thankful we heard about them. Thanks so much!!!
I love Dr.Cass! I've been coming to him since I've been 9. The staff is great and there is a wide variety of brands on eyewear!
