RecommendedVery positive experience. They have you in the back before you even have the initial paperwork filled in. Doctors and staff are helpful and make you feel like you are the most important thing they need to attend to not just another body to shuffle through the system
The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They sympathized with the pain I was having. Treated me very nice and always checked to see if I needed anything. Before leaving, they gave me a backpack full of goodies and snacks. They made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. If I have an emergency again, This is where I will go.

I was a patient at Beaumont Emergency Center over the weekend to manage a kidney stone, and I can't say enough nice things about the staff and their treatment of me. They were efficient, friendly, and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be under the circumstances. My partner and I are both extremely appreciative of the care they provided me. Next time a medical misfortune strikes, we'll be back!
Ended up here 4 days ago with a broke clavicle from a cycling accident. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was X-rayed, road rash cleaned and treated and Dr gave me my diagnosis on the severity of the break. This team is very efficient from start to finish.
