AMAZING staff!!!!! i had to have a CAT scan done and I had never had it done before and Tiffany was a God Send for me! God put her in that job for a reason! She is the perfect person for that job! and my nurse was great with my IV. I came in at 9:30 and was back and seen within 10 minutes! I will def be back! thank you sweet precious ladies! and thank you TIFFANY!!!!!!
I went to BEC in extreme pain yesterday morning. I was taken to a room quickly, given fluids and pain meds, and testing was started. I spent most of the day in a room receiving treatment and was amazed by how pleasant an experience I had. The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything was very clean. All of the staff was helpful, competent, and very kind. I am well aware they are out of my network but it didn't matter in the least, the experience was that much better than any other ER visit I've ever had.
So thankful to the staff here, after I have personally worked in a Trauma Center\ER at UTMB. I can honestly say they have treated me today, the way I have always treated others while working in the ER. With compassion dignity and respect. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel better and I cannot stress enough the difference it has made for me today. The staff was amazing and friendly. In and out within an hour! Very clean!
Went in this morning & could not have received finer treatment! Had the paperwork filled out in minutes & was in an exam room within 40 minutes. The facility is top notch & the staff is on point. I even watched Alvin & the Chipmunks in a very comfortable bed while waiting on my test results. In all, I had my diagnosis, treatment & scripts within 2.5 hours. It would have been a 12 hour ordeal @ a hospital emergency room. I will never go to a hospital emergency room again! From now on, it's Beaumont Emergency Center for me.
Update: Management did reach out quickly to apologize about my experience and reassured me it was not their standards on customer service and it will be addressed. I do appreciate management trying to resolve the bad experience as a first impression can reflect upon the entire organization. I did receive great care from the medical staff while at their facility. some of the front desk staff needs to be trained on professionalism and customer service.
