I currently live here but am moving. The manger and maintenance man are inconsiderate, I live above the maintenance man and he leaves his dogs locked up in the bathroom all day and his girlfriend is there while the dogs are locked up, the manager does nothing ab this. The manager is great. Makes sure your needs are take. care of. The grounds are clean and well maintained. Maintenance people are prompt and efficient.
Apartments are now under new management. Everything is looking great. Especially for the price.
Even though we got this apartment and pay rent on time every single month, our air conditioner went out and we had to go days without any air conditioning. They knew we had a 1-year-old baby in here but had to deal with an 80+ degree apartment for 5 days. We ended up getting a hotel and the apartment refused to help reimburse us and literally told my wife that air conditioning is not a necessity.
