Judith, we are so sorry about this long wait we are not proud of this at all. We want you to know the steps we are taking to avoid these long waits. We are currently expanding our office and have gone from having 2 chairs in our office to now having 6. We would love to keep you here as a part of our dental family. What has happened??? The last 3 visits I have had extended waits. Today it is 1:41 and I am still waiting to see the dentist for my 1:00 appointment. I like all the personal, I am disappointed. It appears I have to find a new dentist .

We have just added even more chairs to go from 2 to 6 chairs. We love having you here at Beaumont Dental Group and would love to keep you as our patient.

It's not too often when one looks forward to their dentist. The caring staff at Beaumont Dental Group has madean exception with me to the above statement. They have made phone calls, written me letters and most recent, sent me a birthday greeting. I am one of those who only goes to the dentist when I absolutely need to. NOTHING worse than a tooth achemail. That's what originally brought me into Beaumont Dental. Because of their practice of keeping in touch with their clients no matter how long they were last seen.
