I have been a patient in the past. This time has been the worse when it comes to office staff. Its the WORST. Ill drive to houston next time!!
My appointment was like clockwork. Got there a little early. Filled out my paperwork and was called in right on time. Dr Hill came in. I was fitted for a boot on my fractured ankle. Was very pleased with the experience.
For me they herd you like cattle and the wait for everything was hours. Most of the workers were like I don’t want to be here or want u to be here
This place is a joke. On call doctor doesn’t care. My daughter spent the night throwing from the pain she was in and he refused to help. Once again BBJ has proved themselves a WORTHLESS practice.
Dr. Kergosien is an excellent surgeon and caring physician. The surgical nurses and staff are very compassionate and caring. I highly recommend BBJ for all your orthopedic needs. A special thanks to Carolyn Sheffield, RN.
Everyone is so amazing here! So helpful, friendly, and really enjoy their jobs. My doctor, Dr. Blalock, did an amazing job on my surgery! His nurse is super sweet and so helpful. I hope I never break another bone, but if I do, this is the place to go! A+
My last two visits were a great experience. Couldn’t ask for better people to deal with when you hurt.
