I didn’t want to write this review, but they left me no choice. Beaulieu Plumbing took advantage of my mother-in-law—charging premium prices for what was supposed to be top-tier service, and delivering work that was far below standard. They installed a heavy outdoor HVAC unit on 2-inch by 4-inch interlocking bricks—completely unacceptable for that weight. When they removed the old system, they cut off the outdoor water hose and didn’t install any return vent or air outputs in the basement. I gave them a full month’s notice a... read more
