I have the hardest time getting through to actually talking to someone at my Drs office. I left a message with the call center and 48 hrs later still have not heard from anyone and when I finally got the receptionist at the office and wanted a call from the nurse, I still never got a call. I don't feel as though they care about my health.
The dentist's, assistance and front of the house staff are all top notch. They explain everything to you and accept all a dental insurance. They covered everything that needs to be done to my mouth and they were fantastic individuals. I recommend them highly.
I am currently inside and I was scheduled to see a doctor but only talking to a nurse practitioner who is fighting me every step of the way. I was only telling her that 2 doctors out of 40 tried to lower my thyroid medication and I went back into hypothyroidism both times they increased it back to what I've been taking for 25 years. She was nasty and said I can refer you to a endocrinologist and tried to just get rid of me. I told her I was just giving her background.
