I have been a patient of Dr. Brown's for 31 years. Since becoming a part of Charleston ENT the customer service of the office personnel has declined. I called today to make an appointment and got transferred to the billing dept. for $46.11. I asked to pay it in the office prior to an appointment and they declined that and refused to make me an appointment without the balance being paid in full. Amazing experience with this place. Couldn’t recommend it more. Great and friendly staff. Had my tonsils and adenoids taken out and Dr. Norton was great! Recommend this place 100%.
We love Dr. Christian! He's great with my daughter. Would recommend him to everyone! All the people that work there are also very friendly.
Dr. Bridges was EXCELLENT with my almost 2 year old LO. Even suggested that we see the ENT while there! They got us in promptly to see Dr. Christian. He also performed EXCELLENTLY with my son and trying to console him while checking his ears! These guys and my experience with them was AWESOME! They are very knowledgeable and professional.
