a service member was driving in the port royal area in liberty point housing last week, i guess he didnt think he needed to stop at the stop sign at patriot and mission even with the kids walking to the school bus. this happened around 730ish am. i was the white suv who stopped in front of you so you didnt hit the girl crossing the street. i didnt get any information on the driver except that it was a older guy with dark hair. please pay attention to your driving especially when you are in a residential area around our child... read more
I had a scheduled appointment today 4/16/2018 no one showed or bother to call me. I called them to find out why no one showed. They just said the tech had gone home and they were not aware of any appointment. I have no running hvac and will need to take my business elsewhere. Stay away this company is not worth your time or money.

The gentleman who came to our home was awesome! Very professional, informative and friendly! He made a few phone calls to get the part we needed and basically tried everything in his power to find it. Never stepped out to make these calls which made me feel super comfortable because i didnt feel he was trying to hide anything! Very upfront with cost and what was going to happen! I would recommend this company time and time again! Thank you Beaufort heating and air!!!
