Beaucage is the worst salon ive ever been to! – They did my color wrong...i went from a brown to a black, and they left spots all over my head. Not only that, after washing the dye off my head, and paying $200 the guy told me he was in a hurry and that he wouldnt be able to blow dry my hair...i left without money, my hair drenched, and once it dried, i realized there were blotches of dye all over my head. Worst experience of my life. Expensive and the staff is not that friendly.

the worst hair salon I have ever been – Afer spending 5 hours and over 200 dollars for a hair color/highlights, the result was awful! I thought I was clear with what I wanted, but obvioulsy it did not come across. I understand that sometime there are miscomunications. I think one can easily get over a bad hair color experience, but one cannot recover from bad customer service. Even if the service is not what one wishes or pays for, one should expect at least decent customer service. Furthermore, my disgust lies in the depth ... read more

aviod this "spa" – They claim they are a spa. One bathroom that doubles as a spower/dressing room then waking thru a salon with men and women (in your robe) breaks any relaxation you may have. The body scrub and the massage were rushed and uncomfortable. The attendant had an attitude. Not to mention I waited over 45 minutes between services when I booked them back to back. GO to a real spa and avoid this place.

Wonderful Salon – I have been going to Beaucage for two years. With their latest renovations, the hair salon is very spacious. I have always been immediately welcomed upon arrival and any wait, which is never more than 10 mins. on busy nights, is always explained. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am very picky about my rather difficult short haircut, and I don't often find someone who can get it exactly the way I want it every time, but at Beaucage, Suzie, is the best. I have never been happier with a stylist. The... read more

Best of Boston – I have been to numerous salons on Newbury and Beaucage tops it off! I get my hair blown out every week, I was jumping from place to place. Beaucage tops it off!!! I have seen a few of their stylists and they are all good. I now get a beautiful foil by Suzie also. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel like a princess for a day!! I will warn you that Saturdays get a lit.tle crazy and try to book during the week. Enjoy

Great everything! – This salon was as advertised. My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for a spa treatment and hair cut. Everything and I mean everything was wonderful! Just the friendliest salon I have ever been in. Can't wait to go back.

Run, don't walk, away from Beaucage! – I waited an hour for my appointment with the Owner/Director. No one checked in with me about being late, and when I asked about it I got attitude from the staff. When I brought up the "cancel" word, they pressured me to wait, promising I would make my other commitments. I was scheduled for my cut at 5:30, thinking I would have plenty of time to make a 7:30 meeting. But I never got to the meeting, and didn't leave the salon until 7:25! What happened? By the time the owner came by, he rus... read more

friendly staff – I very recently asked a question to the fastest local hair salon I could find on the net. My question had to do with removing hair coloring from skin (I'm just a regular "joe" who messes that stuff up). My initial thought while dialing the number was that I would be greeted by polite voice who would have to stuffle their laughter upon hearing my question. Not the case at all! Within a minute, I had someone who quickly and, as it turns out knowledgably, solved my problem in a most courteouse amnner. Thank you... read more

I love Beaucage! – I have been going to Beaucage for 2 years. Everytime I stray I regret it. I love the warm reception staff, the way they cut and color my hair and how they treat me when I am there. I am never pressured to buy products. They always listen to what I want and produce the results for me. Beaucage is the best! Highly recomment Kristin.
