Great Place, Super Nice
Beautiful views
Terrible place to rent or buy. They do construction nearly 7 days a week, so expect to wake up to loud drilling and noises around 7-8am everyday! As well, the fire alarm goes off multiple times every month, so whenever it goes off, you never know if it’s a real emergency or if it’s a false alarm!!
Have lived here for a little less than a year - do not move here, there are much better condo buildings in the area. At first the building and area seems really nice, but living here is awful. The walls are very thin so you can here people talking in other units and some residents have dogs that consistently bark through the early mornings.
