They try and make sale by fear mongering people, the lady at the sales desk , Katie, Literally told me my rear break were almost metal on metal. Well I got a second opinion bc 8-9 months ago when I got my last oil change they were fine and it didn’t sound right. Come to find out they are in-fact not “almost metal on metal” and I did not have to change them immediately. Trying to charge 700$ for only rear breaks that had plenty of life left is insane.
