Horrible!! Schedule appointment in advance for warranty service / oil change. Dropped vehicle off night before. 4pm day of service called to check the status, found out vehicle wasn't looked at yet, but was told vehicle has "serious electrical issues", nor the oil change done. Warranty repair, greater than 8 hours= loaner car. Denied! So I retrieved my vehicle, dropped it at another Ford Dealer. I received a call from other dealership at 0830am warranty repair and oil change completed
Angel, Steve, Katie, Tyler, Ethan and everyone else here are amazing. They help me with any and all service and/or issues I've had on my 2022 F150. They pay attention to detail and care about their customers. They address customer concerns and are beyond patent and polite. It feels good have customer advocates on your side.
Friendly service department staff. Service technicians are top notch. There are closer Ford service departments near to where I live, but I’d rather make the 40 minute drive to a place where they treat you right.
There is an ease of service with online appointments and the drive up drop off. However, they talk you into an upfront inspection of the car that goes toward the price of the repair. Then they charge ridiculous rates because you are already committed. I received a quote for almost $1200 for the same service that cost me $368 at another reputable place. I will not be back.
I'm not a mechanic, However something i have learned is: if the "Advisor"(not the actual mechanic) cannot estimate how long it will take to service your vehicle that is a red flag. Either the mechanics performance is not being measured correctly to create a prediction or the "advisor" is not recording what the mechanic is doing to estimate the repairs ahead of them. 3 weeks to replace a clutch is beyond the pale of acceptable.
