We went there to have the Tunnel BBQ Ribs. It was a big disappointment..not the same texture or flavor, they were dry and meat was not tender. Also for the amount we paid..I think the tunnel coleslaw should have been part of the meal!!! My husband and I used to go to the tunnel bbq once a month for years just for the ribs..got really excited when we found out the Beau's Grillery had them, we will not be ordering that again that's for sure.
Amazing service, interesting menu - something for everyone!
One of the best meals I've ever had prime rib and goat cheese and there house made zip sauce was amazing. The show winner was the loaded mash potatoes with fresh chives. The wait staff was attentive and very nice. The restaurant has a very cute theme. I would for sure go back when I'm in the area!
My son took me there for my birthday...It was a surprise dinner for me..Well...when we opened the menu. .my son said I might be interested in the ribs or chicken...well..it said TBQ..??? He then explained "Tunnel Bar-B-Q"...the one like in Windsor. ...YES!!!! I had been a patron of them for over..as long as I can remember!! My son took me to Windsor and found it was closed for Mother's Day..so disappointed!! Not only do Beau have my ribs/chicken but the spices/sauces which I would purchase...in Windsor! The service was okay, not what you would think for this type of place. We went specifically for the TBQ ribs. They are nothing like them. You could hardly taste the amazing TBQ seasoning. The fires were the same, but their menu says you receive fries and the special TBQ cole slaw. NOT TRUE. We had to pay $7 more to add it to the meal. We were so excited when we heard TBQ was available in the states, what a huge let down. Would not recommend it for the TBQ fans.
