RecommendedI've lived here in the Buckeye Villas since July 2018 and I have no complaints other than the neighbors who park inconveniently. Other than that, the management (Darcie) is awesome, it's very quiet and everything works. Basically, pay your rent on time and don't destroy the place and you should be OK.
Just bad all around. You don't want to figure out why for yourself. Take our word for it.
If you have a pet, make sure you don't tell them because the pet deposit doesn't cover damages that said pet might make. And 100 of the security deposit is non refundable. So if you pay 800, you only get 300 of it to cover. So I'm left with 400 dollars to pay on top of it because all of my deposit for some reason doesn't cover it. The beau rivage is a nice place, but, there's no real gym, there's no pool. You get a racquet ball court. Go live somewhere else. The managers are rude as hell, especially when moving out.
