RecommendedI have read a lot of reviews of the staff being so rude. I do not read them and then take them as my own. I have stayed there before and never had a problem. After this weekend I will never stay again! I was at the pool with my girls, they were in the hot tub (not jumping or swimming) the security guard asked me if they were my girls. Casino was beautiful. My first time at Beau Rivage. Admittedly, I don't go to many casinos but this was the most beautiful one I have ever been to....then we decided to eat at their buffet and I have to tell you, the food was horrible. We spent almost $50 for lunch and probably ate four bites. Worst fifty bucks I have ever spent. If you go to Beau Rivage, stick to the casino and the regular restaurants and don't waste your money on the buffet.
We never go to Biloxi without visiting the Beau. Maybe one day I will be able to afford to stay there. We love the shops, shows, the overall energy of the place. Keep up the good work.

Other than the smoking, everything was perfect. Christmas season, and the decorations were beautiful and festive. Great shops. Very friendly staff. Rooms were great, but could have used a mini fridge.
