Holiday prime rib was awful. Sliced paper thin, shavings, over cooked. Some items were dry, cold. However, the pasta bar was the best item on the buffet. Money wasted

Amazing as always! Food was great, drinks where great, and our Pool attendant Alexis was the best!!!

Our travel was great. Upon arriving at Beau Rivage the staff was rude and very unpleasant. Once we hit the casino floor we wanted a bottle of water, we were informed the only way to get a bottle of water we had to be seated at a slot machine with money inserted to receive any free beverage or pay $6.00 for a beverage (Pepsi ). Upon arriving at the players club desk after waiting in line for 25 minutes, we were treated rude and talked to very disrespectful. Finally I waked to Hardrock were I was treated like a human being.
